Refund policy
Important Note to Our Customers: Because our apparel is custom-printed specifically for you the moment you place an order, we cannot restock or resell returned items. Please check our size guides carefully before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit!
1. Mandatory Unboxing Video An unboxing video is mandatory to process any claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items. Please record a clear, continuous video of yourself opening the courier package when you receive it. The video must show the shipping label clearly and must be unedited. Without this video, we cannot verify the issue with our printing partners, and we will be unable to process a refund or replacement.
2. Return Eligibility Criteria We accept returns and issue free replacements or refunds ONLY if the product meets one of the following conditions (verified via your unboxing video):

The product is damaged, torn, or defective upon arrival.

The print quality is poor, faded, or visibly incorrect.

You received the wrong item, size, or color compared to what is stated on your order confirmation.
3. Return Timeframe You must raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this 7-day window will strictly not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
4. Measurement Tolerance (Non-Returnable) Please note that all apparel is subject to a standard manufacturing measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches. If your garment measures within 0.5 inches of the size chart provided on our website, it is not considered defective and is not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
5. Refund and Replacement Process To initiate a request:

Attach a clear description of the issue along with your mandatory unboxing video.

Once our quality team reviews and approves your request (usually within 2-3 business days), we will initiate a free replacement immediately.

If a replacement is out of stock or you prefer a refund, it will be credited back to your original payment method (or bank account for COD orders) within 5-7 business days.
6. Sizing and Exchanges Because every item is printed on demand, we do not offer direct exchanges or refunds for buyer's remorse, changing your mind, or ordering the wrong size. If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, please reach out to our support team, and we will do our best to offer you a special discounted replacement.
7. Non-Returnable Items The following items strictly cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or altered.

Items missing their original packaging or tags.

Items purchased during a clearance flash sale or using specific promotional/bulk discount codes.
8. Return Shipping & COD Fees

If your return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or wrong shipment, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no charge to you. If a reverse pickup is unavailable in your specific PIN code, we will reimburse your return shipping costs up to a maximum of ₹100 upon providing a valid courier receipt.Â

Please note that if you paid a ₹99 Cash on Delivery (COD) fee at checkout, this fee is collected by the logistics partner for handling cash and is strictly non-refundable.
