Shipping policy
Order Processing Time Because we operate on a print-on-demand model to ensure the highest quality, all orders require a processing and printing period before they are shipped. Order processing takes 2-3 business days.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes Once your order has been printed and processed, it will be handed over to our delivery partners. Standard delivery within India typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location (metro cities usually see faster deliveries compared to remote PIN codes).
Shipping Costs  We believe in transparent, hassle-free checkout. We offer FREE Standard Shipping across India on all prepaid orders (UPI, Google Pay, Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking). For customers who prefer Cash on Delivery (COD), a flat shipping and handling fee of ₹99 will be applied at checkout. This fee covers the secure cash collection handling charged by our logistics partners.
Tracking Information Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on our website or the courier partner's portal. Tracking links may take 24-48 hours to become active.
Lost in Transit If your item is not attempted for delivery within 15 days via Air shipping or 20 days via Surface shipping, it will be considered lost in transit. In this rare event, we will immediately reproduce and re-ship the product to you at no additional cost.
Delivery Issues and Delays While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays due to weather, courier operational issues, or public holidays can occur. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support.kado@gmail.com, and we will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue.
